Customer Service Representative

PCI is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will assist with product inquiries, guide customers through product selection and applications, process quotes and orders, and help promote PCI's full product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Direct customer inquiries to appropriate departments or team members. Assist customers with product selection, applications, and service information. Support quote and order processing with accuracy and attention to detail. Promote PCI products and services through knowledgeable and helpful communication. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Uphold PCI's high standards of professionalism and service quality. Ability to work independently and stay focused on goals. Effective time management and organizational skills. Knowledge Requirements: Familiarity with customer service workflows and best practices. Understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). General knowledge of manufacturing or industrial components (preferred, not required). Basic understanding of order processing or CRM systems (preferred). Ability to Implement: Apply product knowledge to customer needs and applications. Navigate digital tools and internal systems to manage orders and customer information. Solve problems proactively and escalate when necessary. Adapt communication style based on customer needs. Maintain professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
