Schedule Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Assignment Details Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Requirements - 2 years of acute and MS PTA experience (Required) - BLS (AHA) certification (Required) - State License: Oklahoma Roles & Responsibilities - Perform selected physical therapy procedures under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. - Treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with the patient's medical needs and approved treatment plans. - Assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. - Complete all documentation of daily notes and discharge data. - Care for a diverse patient population including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
