The Customer Service Representative 5 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in customer-related activities and offering solutions based on coordination with the Customer Service team. The overall objective of this function is to resolve external customer issues and provide constant customer support. Responsibilities: Manage customer queries, ensuring due investigation and timely resolution in compliance with departmental standards. Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through periodic calls and personal interaction, as needed. Provide customers with scorecards of query activity and transaction, and organize review calls with clients regarding productivity and self-service tool usage. Inform the client of problems (system failures, market issues) and provide periodic updates of the solution. Redirect customer feedback and process delays and errors correctly. Maintain knowledge of new regulatory and market requirements affecting the client base/portfolio. Ensure compliance with all departmental standards and maintain the control environment. Evaluate risk appropriately when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the company's reputation and protecting Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment in relation to personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues. Qualifications: Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in customer service or finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven crisis management and critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions. Consistent attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Demonstrate consistent clear and concise written and verbal communication. Constant high-quality customer service with a focus on developing the customer relationship and achieving results. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
