Assist the Service Writer in preparing accurate and timely auto service estimates. Receive, organize, and return automotive parts as needed. Check in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates. Support general automotive administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications:
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
