$65-$70/hr POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber Senior Campaign Content Strategist to lead the strategic planning and execution of our global marketing content. We need a self-starting expert who has a proven track record of building comprehensive content strategies from the ground up. As a key member of the Campaign Center of Excellence (CCOE), you will be the primary architect of our content packs, ensuring every asset is purposefully aligned with the buyer s journey. You will work autonomously to bridge gaps between regional, digital, and media teams, transforming high-level business goals into sophisticated content frameworks.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership:
Lead end-to-end content planning by conducting deep-dive analysis to identify and fill strategic gaps in collaboration with global and digital partners. Asset Development:
Architect and execute "campaign content packs" that follow complex message hierarchies, providing a seamless mix of assets across the entire buyer s journey. Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as a critical liaison between digital and media teams to ensure content supports core platform experiences (including workday.com) and meets performance goals. Operations & Delivery:
Partner with Content Operations to ensure the high-velocity delivery of assets stays on schedule and aligns with socialized timelines. Audience Mapping:
Create advanced content frameworks that capture nuanced audience preferences and align our global output accordingly. Global Launches:
Drive the launch of high-impact global initiatives, including thought leadership, analyst reports, and scalable brand campaigns. Regional Collaboration:
Co-develop content with regional teams to ensure global consistency while maintaining local market relevance. Campaign Alignment:
Represent the CCOE on Campaign Councils, providing strategic input to align disparate content workstreams across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience:
7+ years of experience in content strategy, specifically within B2B tech or enterprise software environments. Autonomy:
Proven ability to work as a self-starter. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision. Strategic Depth:
Extensive background in developing original content strategies you don t just execute a plan; you build the blueprint. Finance Expertise:
Prior experience creating content tailored to a Finance audience (CFOs, Controllers, FP&A) Full-Funnel Mastery:
Deep understanding of how content functions at every stage of the funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to late-stage conversion. Communication:
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
