The Corporate Quality Director leads Granger's Quality Management Program, ensuring consistent, practical, and measurable quality practices across all projects, regions, and self-performed work. This role is key to reducing rework, improving warranty performance, and delivering predictable outcomes - while reinforcing a proactive culture of ownership and excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Granger's Quality Management System Establish and maintain companywide quality standards aligned with industry best practices Conduct jobsite visits and quality audits across regions Define, track, and analyze quality metrics including rework, punchlists, warranty, and training Lead warranty and rework management efforts, targeting recurring issues and root causes Design and deliver practical quality training for project and field teams Champion a proactive, ownership-driven culture of quality across the organization What Will Help You Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) 10+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership exposure in quality, operations, or project delivery Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and quality systems Clear, confident communicator who can influence at all levels What Sets You Apart
Experience developing enterprise-level quality programs Background in self-performed construction work Experience leading training or change initiatives Why Granger?
