We are hiring on behalf of a client for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with specialist experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to support the final stages of an active implementation. The engagement focuses on post go-live stabilization, defect resolution, and completion of outstanding feature delivery.
This role requires someone who can work independently and move quickly. Onboarding is required and the candidate must be available to start promptly from April 15th.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve post go-live defects and outstanding issues within the EAM implementation Complete spillover user stories from the implementation phase Finalize outstanding features to close out the engagement Collaborate with the client's support team and ServiceNow support as needed Maintain clear documentation of changes and resolutions throughout Requirements
Demonstrated project experience with ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management / HAM) Strong background in post go-live stabilization and defect management Ability to independently deliver against outstanding stories and features Must be a US Citizen currently based on US soil - this is a firm requirement Active ServiceNow certification preferred
