About the Role This role is part photography, part hospitality, and part ongoing artistic development. It begins with a 1‑2 month contractor period to evaluate fit. Successful photographers transition to a full‑time role with benefits. Once full‑time, the first two months focus on onboarding, mentorship, and creative development. What You’ll Do Support couples from first inquiry through final gallery delivery, creating exceptional wedding experiences. Photograph elopements and micro‑weddings across Colorado (mostly within 1.5–2 hours of Denver), deliver sneak peeks, galleries, and approve edits. Collaborate deeply with the team through planning, problem‑solving, and creative partnership. Grow as an artist and teammate through weekly training, mentorship, and critique. Weekly Expectations (Full‑Time) 10+ hours of shooting per week. 4 in‑person days per week and 1 work‑from‑home day. 1–2 days of planning and team collaboration. Must live within 1 hour of Denver. Typical total compensation ranges $65,000 – $90,000 depending on experience.
