Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role will support business processes across sales, service, and operations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration strategies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and related technologies
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems such as NetSuite and MuleSoft
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements
Ensure code quality through best practices and testing
Support deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Maintain documentation for solutions and enhancements
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security
Qualifications
5 to 8 plus years of Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with integrations using APIs and middleware
Familiarity with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines Strong understanding of data modeling and platform limits
Salesforce certifications preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional standing and walking within the office.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports.
Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.
Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
