This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global technology environment. You will manage complex commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions, supporting strategic customer relationships and enterprise deals. The position balances legal expertise with business acumen, enabling the sales team while safeguarding contractual and regulatory compliance. You will lead negotiations, provide practical guidance on risk, and streamline contracting processes. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with sales, product, and internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. You will also contribute to improving team playbooks and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Accountabilities
Manage a pipeline of commercial agreements across varying levels of complexity and stakeholder needs
Draft subscription agreements, AI-related terms, professional services contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and regulatory annexes
Negotiate contract terms directly with customer counterparts, balancing deal progress with legal and business protection
Advise internal teams on contractual risks and provide practical, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to ensure consistent guidance throughout the deal cycle
Maintain and improve contracting templates, playbooks, and process documentation for scalable practices
Support sales enablement by creating guidance and training for navigating complex contract terms
Requirements
Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in technology or software environments
Knowledge of complex commercial arrangements, enterprise deals, and regulated/licensed contracts
Ability to balance business objectives with legal risk in a practical, solutions-oriented manner
Strong communication skills for explaining legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders and external counterparts
Experience working across geographies and time zones, with awareness of international contracting normsFamiliarity with contract lifecycle management tools and Google Workspace; willingness to learn new tools and workflows
Fluency in English; additional language skills advantageous
Law degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience; experience in remote or asynchronous work environments is a plus
