Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of agency operations, including business development and program management
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency goals
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations related to home care
Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff to ensure optimal performance
Monitor patient care delivery to maintain the highest quality standards
Address client needs and manage complaints in a timely and professional manner
Hands‑on experience in patient care is essential
Qualifications
Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) required
Proven leadership and management experience in home health care or a related field
Strong knowledge of state and federal home care regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Independent, proactive, and team‑oriented approach
Minimum of two (2) years of Home Health Care Leadership experience
Demonstrate good communication and public relations skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
