Position Overview
Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday – Friday with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office Tuesday – Thursday

Position Summary The Paralegal will support the legal department with a primary focus on real estate matters, including leasing administration, contract review, document preparation, and transaction coordination. This role will partner closely with internal departments including asset management, operations, and finance to ensure legal documents are accurate, organized, and compliant. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has experience in managing multiple properties in a fast-paced corporate environment. Real estate experience is required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Real estate paralegal experience is required
Strong ability to review requests, resolve disputes, and handle sensitive matters.
Experience preparing legal documents, filings, and closing due diligence materials.
Experience overseeing the property refinancing process.
Experience with contracts review.
Proficiency with eminent domain and easement reviews.
Experience with legal document management.
Prepare and review PSA’s, LOI’s and closing documents.
Experience with subpoena and warrant assistance with ASF review.
Proficiency in contract review, analysis, and negotiation.
Ability to manage legal communications, notices, and compliance requirements (e.g., BOI filings).
Skilled in research, planning, and supporting legal proceedings such as small claims.
Experience coordinating investor relations and preparing reports.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to develop policies, advise management, and support business objectives.
Flexible and able to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
