Location: Pentagon
Shift: Rotating (4 days on / 1 day off)
Shift 1: 2300–0800 Shift 2: 0700–1600 Shift 3: 1500–0000
Position Overview We are seeking a Mid–Senior All-Source Analyst to support intelligence operations at the Pentagon. This role involves conducting all-source analysis to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence in support of Combatant Command requirements, with a focus on the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
The analyst will operate in a dynamic, shift-based environment and support mission-critical intelligence production aligned with ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
Responsibilities Conduct all-source intelligence analysis using multiple intelligence disciplines Produce written intelligence products, briefings, and assessments for senior leaders Analyze complex datasets and information streams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support intelligence requirements focused on the CENTCOM AOR Apply ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards to ensure quality and objectivity Collaborate with IC and DoD partners to integrate intelligence insights
Contribute to the intelligence cycle, including:
Collection Processing Analysis Dissemination
Provide verbal briefings to leadership and stakeholders Maintain awareness of geopolitical, military, and regional developments
Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis experience, OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Minimum 3+ years of research and analytic experience Experience supporting the CENTCOM AOR
Knowledge of:
DoD and Intelligence Community structures Combatant Command operations Experience applying ICD 203 tradecraft standards Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications Experience with:
Data analytics and visualization tools Advanced analytic methodologies Knowledge of the intelligence cycle Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leaders Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree strongly desired
