The Benefits and Compensation Director will design, implement, and oversee integrated total reward strategies that attract key talent, recognize high performance, are fiscally responsible, and support retention efforts. It will be imperative to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead seamless execution of all benefit and compensation projects across all business units. Strategic Planning: Drive and support a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and enhances team member satisfaction and retention at all levels of the organization. Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of all team member benefits programmes, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, life, disability insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Compensation Analysis: Oversee the compensation philosophy, manage annual merit and bonus processes, conduct regular market evaluations and benchmarking to ensure our compensation remains aligned with industry standards and is cost‑effective. Compliance: Ensure all benefits programmes comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures (i.e. ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, etc.). Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimise service delivery and negotiate favourable terms and conditions. Team Member Communication: Develop and execute effective communication strategies to educate team members about the value and details of their benefits, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programmes, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvements ahead of the industry trends. Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage the benefits budget, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organisational goals. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the Benefits and Compensation team, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment. Other duties as assigned. WHAT WE OFFER
