Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually
Grayson Subaru has an immediate opening for an Assistant Sales Manager! The Assistant Sales Manager ensures the dealership meets or exceeds vehicle sales quotas and CSI Scores through expert management and leadership of the sales team and maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types. In addition, the Asst. Sales Manager assists with hiring, training and monitoring team member performance; resolving customer complaints; and helps with closing when necessary.
The ideal candidate has a college degree, at least 2 years experience in a large-volume dealership, and some supervisory or management experience is preferred. He or she will have experience with the finance and approval process of retailing vehicles, including the collection and timely submittal of all stipulations. He or she must also have a strong business acumen and sales aptitude and a willingness to accept full accountability of sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong leadership and motivational skills are essential.
Subaru or Import experience is preferred.
