The Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in building strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing high quality candidates across scientific, technical, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, research driven talent partner who leverages data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent in a competitive landscape.

Build, manage, and maintain targeted pipelines for critical roles across the organization.

Conduct proactive research and market mapping to identify talent pools in relevant scientific, technical, and business domains.

Create and execute sourcing plans to support high volume, niche, and hard to fill roles.

Candidate Identification & Engagement

Use advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, and alternative channels to identify top talent.

Craft personalized outreach messages that drive high response and engagement rates.

Screen and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and alignment with organizational values.

Stakeholder Partnership

Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, competitive insights, and sourcing metrics.

Collaborate to refine search criteria, adjust sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment.

Candidate Experience

Serve as an initial brand ambassador, delivering a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for all prospects.

Maintain accurate and timely data in Workday to ensure operational excellence.

This role may also assist with the potential coordination of interviews between candidates and interviewers.

Requirements

5 years of sourcing experience within an RPO, staffing, or internal corporate environment.

Demonstrated ability to source for specialized or hard to fill roles within biotech, pharma, or scientific industries required.

Commercial recruiting experience required.

Experience using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is required.

Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive research.

Salary and Benefits The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to 110,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
