In this pivotal role, you’ll be a driving force behind the tools that empower clinical teams to deliver life‑changing care. Your top priority will be cultivating deep empathy for coaches and doctors, understanding their workflows and pain points. You will act as a 'chaos pilot' in a fast‑moving environment, conceptualizing tools that combine dynamic AI‑powered content and conversational tools. The design you create will balance complex clinical data with intuitive workflows, enhancing the overall user experience significantly.
Accountabilities
Champion the clinical user by understanding their needs through immersive research.
Drive in‑depth product thinking, designing holistic user journeys.
Generate high‑craft output, creating user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
Operate effectively in high‑velocity environments, prioritizing design tasks.
Influence teams across product, engineering, and clinical departments.
Innovate with AI to streamline complex clinical workflows through intuitive interfaces.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
5+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio.
2‑3 years designing complex user interfaces for healthcare or clinical tools.
Expertise in web/desktop information architecture and design patterns.
Experience with AI/ML augmented design experiences.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in design, user experience, HCI, or related field.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
