Apply today to become a vital part of helping us advocate for Illinois agriculture and support Illinois farm families.# About the roleDevelops, coordinates, and executes integrated marketing solutions and campaigns that fulfill the strategic objectives of the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) and assigned affiliates. Provides marketing services to county Farm Bureaus (CFBs) and internal departments.* Leads team responsible for marketing and communications project management. Provides guidance to team in building campaigns, ensuring proposed campaigns will accomplish strategic goals.* Collaborates with IFB staff and others as needed to understand goals and requirements, organize projects, and coordinate resources to ensure goals, deadlines and budgets are met.* Plans, develops, manages, and executes marketing and promotional projects.* Proofreads and edits layouts for print and digital promotional materials such as websites, social media posts, direct mail, and more.* Provides supervisory leadership for assigned staff, including employment, training, supervision, support, creative direction, and ongoing performance feedback. Coordinates and manages external talent as needed.* Explores new media, determines its value to IFB’s messaging and communication structure, and if applicable, recommends to clients, develops and implements a strategy for use.* Collaborates with division staff to set up and staff special events such as conferences, farm/trade shows, fairs, meetings and other events as needed.* Exercises professional leadership by keeping abreast of current trends, developments, technology, and opportunities within field of responsibility.* Develops and manages project budgets.# Typically requires 6+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.**Base Pay Range:**$89,200-$122,650The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.**Incentive Pay:**In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.Illinois Farm Bureau planted roots in 1916 and is one of the largest Farm Bureau organizations in the United States.
