
Developer Relations P2P

This role is focused on building strong bridges between developers and cutting‑edge peer‑to‑peer (P2P) technologies, ensuring that developer communities can easily understand, adopt, and build with the platform. You will act as a key technical voice in the ecosystem, combining software engineering expertise with community engagement and developer advocacy. The position blends hands‑on coding, technical storytelling, and ecosystem building across global developer communities. You will create high‑impact content, demos, and prototypes that showcase real‑world use cases of decentralized applications. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will help shape developer experience, improve onboarding, and influence product direction. This is a highly visible role in a remote‑first, fast‑evolving environment where innovation, openness, and developer empowerment are central.
Accountabilities
Build and nurture relationships with developers, open‑source contributors, and technical communities
Engage with the ecosystem through AMAs, webinars, office hours, hackathons, and online forums
Collect, synthesize, and relay developer feedback to product and engineering teams
Create high‑quality technical content such as tutorials, documentation, sample apps, and videos
Develop demos, prototypes, and reference implementations showcasing real‑world P2P use cases
Support developer onboarding and education through workshops and training sessions
Advocate for the technology at conferences, meetups, and industry events
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to improve developer experience and messaging
Contribute to roadmap discussions by sharing insights from the developer community
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years of software development experience with production‑level coding skills
Prior experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Community roles
Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js ecosystems
Experience building and maintaining web, mobile, or desktop applications
Proven ability to create technical content (blogs, tutorials, demos, documentation, videos)
Experience speaking at events such as meetups, webinars, or conferences
Strong understanding of developer experience principles and API usability
Familiarity with React Native and/or Electron is highly desirable
Experience engaging with developer communities via GitHub, forums, or social platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bonus: contributions to open‑source projects or experience with SDK/tooling design
