New York Technology Partners is hiring: Senior Visual Designer in New York

As a Senior Designer, you lead with hands-on craft and clear thinking—defining a brand’s look and feel, contributing to art direction and interaction patterns, and delivering high-quality digital experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. You collaborate closely with UX on journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, take ownership of projects, and help mentor junior designers.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality digital design from concept through launch across websites, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Contribute to art direction, visual style, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with UX on journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Produce implementation-ready assets and participate in visual QA.
• Partner with Client Services, Technology, and Delivery throughout execution.
• Support and mentor junior designers with feedback, tools, and collaboration.
• Maintain positive client relationships and contribute to pitches and new-business efforts.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Senior Designer or Senior Art Director in an agency or similar environment.
• Expert digital design skills across devices and formats, including web, mobile, tablet, HTML emails, and online campaigns.
• Proven success working within cross-functional teams from concept through delivery.
• Strong time management, planning, and communication skills.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.

• Experience across integrated campaigns and global markets.
• Participation in pitches, RFPs, and account growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Studies, or equivalent experience.
