ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Performance Digital Marketer to own and scale digital growth across SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization. This is a hands‑on role with clear ownership and measurable impact in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO & Paid Media

• Lead on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategy
• Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns
• Own keyword research, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
• Build and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and CTAs

Analytics & Optimization

• Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics integrations
• Track funnel performance, attribution, and conversions
• Build digital dashboards and deliver monthly reporting

Content & Retail Expertise

• Create and optimize creative assets and copy for website, landing page, and ad copy
• Support product positioning and go‑to‑market messaging
• Apply retail and consumer trends and behavior insights to campaigns

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Development teams
• Support product launches, news tools & integrations, and lead generation initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of digital or performance marketing experience
• Proven expertise in SEO, paid media, and analytics
• Experience in B2B SaaS or data‑driven platforms preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience with Webflow or comparable website hosting platforms, such as WordPress and Squarespace
• Familiarity with retail data or sell‑through metrics
