Resident Manager – Forest Green Apartments
Carla Properties is seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Forest Green Apartments (75 units), in Beaverton, OR. Forest Green Apartments is in the heart of Beaverton and located next to Southridge High School. As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property, and engage in leasing activities. You will ensure detailed explanations of rental agreements and move-in packages, use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and resolve resident issues professionally and friendly. The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They must adhere to and enforce company policy & procedures and consistently act in the best interest of Carla Properties Ltd. Specific duties may vary based on the property’s requirements and staff size. Qualifications
3+ years of prior Leasing experience 3+ years of prior Resident Manager experience Excellent customer service Intermediate computer skills Exceptional attention to detail and stellar organizational skills Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech Excellent Leadership skills Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring weekend work. The schedule is Tuesday through Sunday; weekdays 9am - 6pm; weekends 9am - 5pm (39.5 hrs/week). Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary range: $5,000 - $5,750 + commissions, DOE. Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 after completing 6 months. Benefits include paid medical insurance, optional dental insurance, paid holidays, sick & vacation time, 401k with employer match up to 4% and immediate vesting, employer‑paid short‑term disability, long‑term disability, group life insurance with AD&D coverage.
