YOUR FUTURE: Our Outbound Business Development Reps are the face of our business, and your efforts will directly affect our continued growth and expansion! You'll get prospective clients excited about our extensive HR services and secure more revenue for the company. An enthusiastic and confident attitude is key as you seek out potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. You'll speak with prospects over the phone and through email, answer questions, and demonstrate how our solutions are the right fit for their unique needs. When you're not engaging with prospects, you'll be collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to develop new initiatives for expanding the business and meeting revenue targets.
