Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm, is seeking Trust & Estate attorneys at multiple experience levels for positions across several office locations.
Offices Hiring
Rochester, NY : accepting applications at the Associate level (2-7 years of experience preferred)
Buffalo, NY : accepting applications at the Senior Counsel or Member (Partner) level (8+ years of experience preferred)
Naples, FL : accepting applications at the Senior Counsel or Member (Partner) level (8+ years of experience preferred)
Qualifications
Admitted to practice in New York state;
Applicants for the Naples, FL office should be admitted to practice in FL, or have the ability to become admitted within one year of hire for the Naples, FL location
J.D. degree from an accredited law school;
An LLM in tax law or estate planning is helpful, but not required;
Candidates will have experience practicing estate planning, representing high-net worth individuals and trusts with respect to estate, income, and gift tax planning matters, as well as trust and estate administration;
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs;
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills;
Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
