is currently seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role focuses on assisting clients with various employment-based and family-based immigration matters, with a specific emphasis on PERM cases. We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients and has a minimum of three years of experience in immigration law.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications for employment-based cases, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, labor certification, family-based applications, and citizenship.
Prepare various immigration forms, including but not limited to I-140, I-539, I-130, I-485, and I-864.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and current.
Draft legal correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
Monitor deadlines and track important dates related to cases to ensure timely submissions.
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients throughout the process.
Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in immigration law.
Familiarity with various immigration form types (I-140, I-539, I-130, I-485, I-864) is essential.
Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Spanish is essential for effective client interactions.
Experience handling Labor Certification cases.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented approach to preparing filings and support letters with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
