Location: Phoenix, AZ Position Type: Full-Time (Hourly, Non-Exempt) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 annually (hourly equivalent) + bonus potential

ABOUT THE ROLE This role focuses on reviewing construction plans, performing material takeoffs, and building accurate plumbing quotes for commercial projects.

You’ll work closely with sales, vendors, and customers to ensure quotes are complete, competitive, and aligned with project requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret plans, and a solid understanding of plumbing materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and interpret commercial construction plans, blueprints, and plumbing schedules

Perform material takeoffs for plumbing fixtures and equipment

Prepare detailed and accurate project quotes

Source and verify current pricing from vendors and suppliers

Coordinate with sales and customers to clarify scope and adjust quotes as needed

Revise quotes based on project changes and updated specifications

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of all proposals

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of experience in plumbing supply, estimating, quoting, or material takeoffs

Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and schedules

Working knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and terminology

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience with Epicor Eclipse, Excel, and Adobe is preferred

Strong communication and follow-through
