Paid Social Specialist

Execute & manage Paid social campaigns that are placed across Meta and emerging channels to deliver on our dedication to best-in‑class solutions that provide client-obsessed results. This role serves as a hands‑on paid social expert, ensuring that monthly campaigns are set up & optimized with excellence. You are naturally detail-oriented, nimble, curious, collaborative, autonomous, a clear communicator, and love data.

In short, under the leadership of the Paid Social Manager and within the context of the Paid Social team, manage campaigns that delight clients, run more efficiently, solve challenges, and create magical experiences.

Campaign Execution

Manage budgets for your assigned paid social accounts

Build and launch monthly campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, and other emerging paid social channels with consistency and a high degree of technical accuracy

Execute innovative campaign strategies at scale across clients.

Data & Optimization

Deliver clear business outcome and campaign efficiency performance insights

Translate paid social campaign and campaign results in digestible, informative, and irresistible ways for account management and clients

Use reporting and data to supercharge and inform meaningful full‑funnel outcome optimizations

Continuously test audiences, creative, and bidding strategies to improve performance

Proactively self‑educate on new social media opportunities (targeting, features, trends, etc.) to develop career growth and identify untapped potential for current campaigns

Collaboration & Team Support

Work collaboratively with the paid social team to update products/campaigns, launch new products/campaigns, and deliver on team initiatives.

Partner with sales teams to champion the power of paid social advertising through trustworthy and informative support ticket responses

Communicate kindly and refreshingly internally and externally

Job Requirements Qualifications

High degree of technical accuracy in a fast‑paced and high‑touch environment across multiple platforms and technology tools.

Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and turning analysis into action

Enjoys working hard; is action‑oriented and full of energy for the things they see as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes more opportunities than others.

Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answer

Works effectively across teams and communicates clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Basic to intermediate understanding of paid social and paid social platforms (Meta/Instagram); exposure to additional is a plus

Basic to intermediate understanding of digital advertising metrics and campaign KPIs

Comfortable with analytics, spreadsheets, and data

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Strong writing skills; able to clearly summarize campaign performance and recommendations for diverse audiences

Experience & Education: 2‑year technical degree — 4‑year degree+

Preferred Experience: agency experience

Working Conditions Social Media Specialists are seated for 6-8 hours per day, performing constant motions such as typing and using other computer equipment. Certain situations may require bending, squatting, or lifting objects that do not exceed more than 25lbs.
