Role: Marketing Manager Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management (45%): Develop and implement multi‑channel social media strategies aligned with business goals; own the content calendar; oversee daily social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms; optimize strategies based on social listening, trend analysis, and audience insights; experiment with new formats to enhance brand engagement. Content Creation (15%): Capture content (photos, videos, testimonials) via cell phone; edit content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools; maintain brand image with a consistent color scheme and optimized website images; write original blogs based on SEO research and seasonal interest. Performance Analysis and Optimization (20%): Monitor and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment); use A/B testing and analytics tools to refine content strategy and increase ROI on organic campaigns. Email Marketing (10%): Create monthly newsletters using MailChimp; include personalized messages, updates, Q&A, featured projects, service features, seasonal tips, and links to content; monitor performance and grow the email list. Client Relations and Testimonial Process (10%): Communicate with clients throughout projects (with emphasis on the end); schedule visits to capture homeowner finished projects for social media and company records; handle lead‑generating office communications. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field Experience in Social Media Marketing Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms Experience with digital marketing with a focus on earned media Ability to work independently in an office setting Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
