Senior UX/UI Designer – Pharmaceutical Industry
We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior UX/UI Designer for our client from the pharmaceutical industry.
Additional Information The project involves the development and maintenance of a complex digital product, with a strong focus on data-driven design and advanced user interfaces. The role includes designing UX/UI for data-heavy systems, including dashboards, reports, and features supporting analysis and decision‑making. A key aspect is close collaboration with development and business teams, translating requirements into cohesive design solutions. The work is carried out in an international environment, following a data-driven approach and Agile methodologies.
Salary: from 850 to 1000 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.
You’re ideal for this role if you:
have experience designing data-driven systems (dashboards, reporting, analytics)
can combine UX with system logic and understand the relationship between data and interface
have strong UI skills and care about visual quality
work in a data-driven way, making decisions based on data and research
collaborate effectively with development teams and understand technical constraints
have experience working on complex products (SaaS, B2B, enterprise)
are able to independently drive topics from concept to delivery
are comfortable working in an international environment and Agile setup
Experience with AI or designing AI-driven features is a strong plus
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
Designing UX/UI for data-heavy systems, including dashboards, reports, and analytical features
Translating business and technical requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Contributing to product logic, user flows, and overall system architecture
Conducting and applying user research, usability testing, and data insights
Iterating on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product needs
Ensuring consistency and quality across the product through design standards and best practices
