Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
About our Agency I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the hospitality industry, which is where I learned the value of building relationships, showing up for people, and creating a great experience every day. That same mindset is at the heart of how we serve our customers and support our team. I’m a graduate of Miami University and have been married for 14+ years with two daughters (11 and 9) and a King Charles Cavalier who keeps things entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching kids, spending time with friends, and catching sporting events whenever I can. We enjoy being involved in the community through local events and outreach, and we’re always looking for more ways to show up and stay connected to the people we serve. For our team, we offer health benefits, a Simple IRA, and paid licensing, along with a flexible, laid-back work environment where time off and balance are genuinely respected. Our office culture is servant-minded, personable, and low-stress, but we still take our work seriously. Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
