Assistant Superintendent

Position Overview
This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day supervision of project.
Assist with supervision of company field labor and subcontractor activities.
Assist in maintaining project safety.
Assist in maintaining project housekeeping/cleanup of job site.
Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation.
Assist in resolving any field conflicts.
Assist in insuring proper job sequencing.
Assist with owner occupant relations.
Coordinate and receive deliveries.
Regular project visits
Oversee your own projects when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in General Construction required.
Some working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations beneficial.
