What you’ll be working on The Senior Corporate Recruiter supports hiring for all Savers corporate positions, building relationships with company leaders and creating exceptional candidate experiences in order to bring in top talent that will move forward the Company’s mission to make second hand second nature.
What you have Essential Job Functions
Lead full‑cycle, diversity minded recruiting for corporate roles from early in career through senior leadership roles across all corporate functions in the U.S. and Canada
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Leaders to develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned to business needs across multiple lines of business
Source, screen, interview, and influence hiring decisions
Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies including referrals, job postings, internal consideration process, direct sourcing, job boards, and CRM talent funnels
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and networks for future hiring needs
Maintain accurate role, candidate, and requisition tracking to support reporting, insights, and data driven recruiting decisions
Continuously maintain and improve recruiting processes, tools, and efficiency with a strong focus on consistency, compliance, and candidate and hiring team experience
Own and contribute to recruiting initiatives and projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to manage a full requisition load with urgency while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Strong knowledge of diverse sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
Proven ability to execute end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offer extension, and negotiation
Excellent listening and communication skills that enable meaningful, candidate‑centered conversations
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple competing demands with minimal oversight
Strong collaborator who works effectively both independently and within a team environment
Working knowledge of EEO and applicable employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated success building positive, trusted relationships with hiring managers and internal partners
Retail recruiting experience preferred
Ability to partner with C‑level leaders
Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Experience supporting full cycle corporate recruitment for entry level through Senior Director
Understanding of recruiting practices for multiple levels of positions across multiple lines of business, such as technology, accounting & finance, and other corporate functions.
Strong experience and aptitude in current recruiting technologies, including ATS, CRM, (e.g., Jobvite and similar), Internet sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed , Boolean search), Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).
