Job Description The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career
The
Creative Director, Corporate Brand , leads the in-house creative team responsible for bringing TJX’s corporate brand to life across internal, multichannel communications. As TJX’s internal brand creative expert, you will translate company strategy, culture, and leadership messaging into high-quality creative experiences for our Associates at every stage of their career. This role sets the creative vision and strategy for how Associates experience our brand—driving engagement, connection, and business impact through clear, consistent, and compelling design and storytelling.
What You’ll Do Creative Leadership
Lead and inspire a team of designers and copywriters to deliver best-in-class, Associate-focused creative across digital and print channels
Own the creative strategy and execution for major enterprise initiatives, including State of the Company, CEO communications, and global leadership campaigns
Ensure all work is on-brand, insight-driven, and designed to deliver measurable engagement and results
Find opportunities to evolve creative approaches, processes, and efficiencies in a fast-paced environment
Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with composure, flexibility, and strategic judgment
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Corporate Brand Marketing, project management, media, studio, and production teams to deliver timely, performance-driven Associate-centric content
Oversee and art-direct agency and vendor partners to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment advertising and social strategies to attract top global talent
Cultivate positive relationships with creatives across business divisions to share best practices and elevate creative standards
Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team
Create an inclusive, open environment where different perspectives are encouraged and valued
Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities aligned with individual career goals
Lead hiring, onboarding, and resource planning, advocating for tools, headcount, and additional support as needed
What You Bring
8–10 years of experience in design-led creative roles, with proven experience leading creative teams in an in-house or agency environment
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
Exceptional design sensibility, agency, and/or in-house brand experience preferred
Strong understanding of internal communications and corporate storytelling
Expertise across media, with an emphasis on digital
Experience art-directing photo and video shoots
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Demonstrated success collaborating, partnering, and influencing at all levels across the organization
Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage stakeholders, deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
