Position Fabrication Estimating team is seeking an Estimating and Pricing Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Everett, WA. The team supports the interior responsibility center and electrical systems responsibility center, developing estimates for new and sustaining airplane programs and supporting the Core Fabrication Estimating team in program‑level estimates.

Position Responsibilities

Develop estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program

Prepare and validate estimates and prices

Evaluate requests for proposal, substantiate estimates/pricing, and assemble price proposals

Develop estimating and pricing methods

Develop and evaluate business cases

Perform analysis and provide recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)

Develop and maintain pricing models

Incorporate data into and maintain structured systems and coordinate program database requirements

Develop/applies/maintain rates and factors for estimating pricing and proposals

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Estimating, Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)

1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

1+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results

1+ years of experience working on a cross‑functional team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

Experience in technical, operational, or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to convert that knowledge into financial opportunities

Summary Pay Range (Associate, Level 2): $79,050 - $106,950

Summary Pay Range (Experienced, Level 3): $96,900 - $131,100

Export Control Requirements Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.
