Perform a wide range of residential maintenance, repair, and remodeling tasks Lead and execute projects including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, and plumbing work Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions across multiple trades Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional recommendations Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members and support office staff coordination Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes Must Have: 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or handyman services Strong proficiency across multiple trades Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to safely use a wide range of hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Self‑motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work Nice to Have: Vocational or technical training in construction or related field Previous experience in a customer‑facing role Experience with ServiceTitan or Jobber Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Health Care Coverage Profit Sharing Tool Allowance Company Vehicle On-the-Job Training Growth Opportunities Regular Pay Reviews No weekend work
