What You’ll Do

Lead ideation and concept development with clarity, creativity, and speed

Create compelling, high-level sketches and visual narratives that communicate ideas effectively

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring concepts to life

Translate complex client needs into insight-driven design solutions

Deliver high-quality work with precision, accountability, and momentum

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a designer who combines strong creative vision with professional rigor—someone who can both think big and execute at a high level.

2-5 years of professional industrial design experience

Exceptional form development, aesthetics, and design sensibility

Advanced proficiency in:

SolidWorks

KeyShot

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong sketching and visualization skills showing you can communicate ideas quickly and clearly

Experience with AI-driven design tools and workflows

Proven ability to collaborate, take direction, and elevate the work through iteration

A high degree of time management, reliability, and professionalism
