
Marketing Manager

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and business development efforts for our growing law firm. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives working independently, brings strong energy to their work, and can effectively partner with attorneys and outside vendors.
As the firm’s sole marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s visibility, support client development, and strengthen our overall brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute the firm’s overall marketing and business development strategy Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement individualized business development plans Coordinate with outside vendors Oversee content creation, including blogs, client alerts, and marketing materials Manage, update, and maintain the firm’s website, including content and functionality Track and manage client leads and support intake/lead follow‑up processes Plan and execute firm events, client events, and sponsorships Prepare and place job postings across relevant platforms as hiring needs arise Maintain and update marketing collateral and firm materials Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and client engagement Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience (law firm or professional services preferred) Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience managing and updating websites Experience placing and managing job postings and recruiting‑related marketing Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with external vendors and managing projects end‑to‑end Comfortable interacting with attorneys and contributing to business development efforts High energy, proactive mindset, and a willingness to take ownership Background Check is required for this role A self‑starter who can build and run a marketing function with minimal oversight Someone who brings ideas, follows through, and drives results A professional who is comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and can adapt quickly A collaborative partner to attorneys and firm leadership
