
Remote Senior Contract Analyst

In this role, you'll be integral to managing contracts that are vital to operations, facilitating effective negotiations, and ensuring compliance within a dynamic team. You will influence contract processes and contribute to strategic initiatives in an evolving industry. Your expertise will enable business units to meet objectives efficiently while ensuring that legal requirements are met. Accountabilities
Draft, generate, interpret, negotiate, and manage agreements, including those incorporating U.S. Government contracting requirements.
Review, interpret and process internal requests submitted by Strategic Business Units to support business objectives.
Conduct terms summary analysis to support risk identification and mitigation.
Communicate contractual issues to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Maintain documentation and archival of contract artifacts.
Support cross-team collaboration for tool development and continuous improvement.
Participate in internal/external discussions to support business goals.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
U.S. citizenship is required for access to contract information.
Prior experience in contract administration and interpretation.
Ability to communicate effectively in English to various organizational levels.
