Harbor Shores Insurance & Financial is hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to handle inbound calls, service requests, and turn everyday conversations into meaningful protection opportunities.
This is not a cold-calling role. This is not high-pressure selling.

What This Role Actually Does You will be the first voice many customers hear when they call our agency.
Daily responsibilities include:
Answer inbound service calls (billing, claims, policy changes)
Review coverages and explain them clearly
Identify gaps and cross-sell opportunities
Transition service calls into sales conversations naturally
Conduct customer policy reviews
Follow up on renewal increases and rate questions
Support retention by delivering world-class experiences
Meet daily revenue and activity expectations

Compensation
Base salary + commission (W2)
Bonuses for cross-sell and retention performance
Additional promotions and incentivesRealistic earning potential: $50,000–$75,000+
Long-term growth into senior service or sales roles
