National Recruiter (Inside Sales)
As a National Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting talented therapists with career-changing opportunities across the country. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven sales role where your ability to build trust, move quickly, and deliver results directly drives your success. Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists, clients, and internal team members. Negotiate placement packages to create successful, mutually beneficial outcomes. Provide ongoing support to traveling clinicians to enhance retention and develop future talent pipelines. This is a grind-it-out, competitive environment not your typical 95. Energy, resilience, and drive matter just as much as skill. Do you have the gift of gab to make 100+ dials a day? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems. Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement or fully onsite, MondayFriday, in our Maitland, Florida office, based on managerial discretion.
