Sales and Marketing Director

Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the transition of moving into their new home. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create an innovative marketing plan and achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
Responsibilities
Build trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
Ideate ways to increase occupancy and meet targeted occupancy goals.
Collaborate with the team to execute events that attract prospects to the community.
Develop relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass a criminal background check and health‑screening tests, including a physical and TB test.
