Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day construction site operations

Coordinating subcontractors and inspection

Enforcing safety compliance

Keeping projects on schedule and budget

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing

Familiarity with tools like: Procore and Bluebeam

Manage subcontractors and crews on-site

Proven leadership and crew management skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
