nCino Trainer Business Execution Consultant 3

nCino Trainer Business Execution Consultant 3 , you will be an integral part of the Business Execution support team, contributing to the successful implementation and training of nCino solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for instructional design, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
Job Title: nCino Trainer Business Execution Consultant 3
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $48/hr
What's the Job?
Deliver comprehensive training sessions for Salesforce platform users within the financial services sector.
Create and update training materials to reflect system enhancements and new features.
Lead new user onboarding and provide ongoing training for existing users to ensure proficiency.
Develop hands-on training exercises, including loan test cases, to facilitate practical learning experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system changes and user impact analysis.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, preferably within financial services.
Proven experience in Salesforce training and instructional design.
Strong understanding of commercial banking, loans, and their lifecycle processes.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems such as nCino and related materials.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills to support diverse user needs.
