Carolina Caring is seeking an experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurse
to serve as
Director of Core Support Services , overseeing our admissions, liaison, on‑call, and after‑hours triage teams.
Responsibilities This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory guidelines. The Director will lead a dedicated team of clinicians, ensuring appropriate staffing, clinical supervision, collaboration with hospital partners, and the delivery of patient‑centered care in both home and community settings. This position plays a vital role in maintaining clinical quality and operational efficiency while meeting the needs of patients and their families.
Qualifications
Five years’ clinical experience required.
Hospice or home health care experience preferred.
A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience.
Required Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required. Must maintain CPR certification.
Employee Type Full‑time, Friday–Friday rotation with alternating hours, including administrative on‑call responsibilities.
Travel 75%
