Commercial / Sales Operations Business Data Analyst – Pharma
Knowledge of Sales Operations/Commercial Operations within pharma
Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Analytics Data Engineering Principles
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
Ability to read and understand SQL and Python to retrospectively document a data Domain knowledge on Pharma
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Data Engineering) to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Analyze commercial and sales operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights
Retrospectively document existing data warehouse structures, ETL processes, and data flows by reviewing SQL and Python code
Work independently to understand complex data environments, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives
Support the design and enhancement of analytics solutions to improve visibility and reporting on key commercial metrics
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, create business process documentation, and ensure alignment between data models and business goals
Provide input to data governance and quality initiatives to maintain integrity across commercial data sources
