This is a collaborative, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is excited to contribute to seasonal line development.
Full-time opportunity
Onsite 5 days/week in New York City
Salary range: $80,000–$90,000
Responsibilities
Support seasonal design and development for sweaters and related knit categories.
Create detailed tech packs including sketches, construction details, stitch layouts, and yarn callouts.
Develop CAD renderings, colorways, and garment illustrations that clearly communicate design intent.
Partner with cross-functional teams throughout development, fittings, and approvals.
Maintain organization across multiple styles, timelines, revisions, and approvals.
Ensure product execution aligns with brand standards, deadlines, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in knitwear or sweater design.
Strong CAD, sketching, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Experience creating tech packs and working within PLM systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
