Cooings is a premium maternity care brand providing high-touch, evidence-based postpartum support to families across the United States. We are building a rigorous, scalable care platform grounded in operational excellence, training quality, and client trust.
What You Will Be Doing
Client Consultations & Sales
Conduct 1:1 consultations with prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person meetings Present Cooings care plans and pricing, tailoring recommendations to each family’s needs Manage a personal pipeline of leads from initial inquiry through signed contract Relationship Building & Follow-Up
Nurture warm leads through timely follow-ups, answering questions, and addressing concerns Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners including OB/GYNs and birth centers Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to weekly pipeline reviews Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 1–3 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking sales activity Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in family wellness Preferred
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or premium service sales Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) Familiarity with maternity care or postpartum services Unlimited Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays H1B Sponsorship (if applicable) Uncapped commission structure Details
