Associate
Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate Property Manager to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an energetic go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about real estate and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Operations Manager with daily property management tasks including concierge services, vendor appointments, and inspections
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Help coordinate maintenance and vendor services
Maintain and update property records using Google Sheets, Docs, and other company provided software
Conduct property site visits as needed
Support Operations Manager and senior Property Managers with various projects and administrative tasks
Work will be performed in the Hamptons region from Southampton to Amagansett
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech friendly with ability to learn new software. Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and time tracking apps.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have reliable transportation (gas paid for by company)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Ability to keep accurate detailed records of your daily activities and communicate issues that arise to senior managers using company provided software
Ability to lift 35lbs
Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus, but not required
A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to grow with a company that values top-tier customer service
Willing to be on call on weekends on a rotating basis with other team members (approximately every 4 to 5 weeks)
