Job Description
The Junior Field Sales Engineer leads our business and technical strategies and the overall communication with the customers he/she will be assigned to. His/her objectives are to develop the revenue at these customers winning new projects and platforms. As such, the Junior Field Sales Engineer position needs people who can motivate the Renesas organization including product marketing and business development teams. In this role he/she will work in a team of sales engineers and FAEs, all driving towards the same goals.
The Job
Managing the commercial aspects of customer relationships
Finding and quantifying leads, understanding customer organization.
Using technical expertise, various sales tools and relationships with engineering teams to identify new projects and work with technical team to design Renesas parts into customers solution/product.
Receiving quotation requests and working on business proposals together with your technical counterparts
Working on action plans to design in Renesas Solutions
Developing, forecasting and monitoring an annual plan for revenue growth
Qualifications Your Profile
Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
New college graduate or with a first professional experience of 1-3 years in a relevant industry.
Strong curiosity and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge in semiconductor technologies such as high‑performance analog IC’s, Power, MCU’s and MPU’s.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills).
Self‑starter, proactive, analytical & showing a high degree of proactiveness.
Ability to handle multiple different tasks at once.
Known by others as an active listener.
Fluent in English.
