We are looking for a fulltime **Commercial Client Advisor** that will play a vital role in helping grow the business, as well as supporting our current & future clients. The Commercial Client Advisor would provide the highest level of client experience through personalized banking solutions to Oakworth clients in a collaborative team environment. This role is responsible for serving current relationships and leading the development of new client relationships, in addition to a variety of tasks including those listed below:**Key Roles/Responsibilities:*** Ensure execution of the Oakworth Model* Execution of the business development approach* Build book of business* Provide extraordinary client experience* Community Involvement**Responsibility Details:*** Strengthen existing client relationships as well as maintain excellent business development skills to identify potential clients that fit the Oakworth relationship model.* Analyze client financial statements in order to provide and implement financial recommendations.* Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the client experience.* High level of focus on the generation of new relationships and business to assist in meeting team goals:

+ Attend Business Development team meetings prepared to contribute.

+ Collaborate with Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management teams.

+ Conduct business development calls on prospective and current clients to assist in meeting established team goals.* High focus on client service:

+ Relationship management for existing clients, including ongoing and regular client contact and communication with meaningful substance.

+ Providing a high level of responsiveness returning calls and emails regarding client inquiries.**Qualifications and Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required* 5+ years of experience of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending experience is preferred* Previous commercial credit background is highly preferred* Proficiency in Horizon or a similar Core Banking system and Microsoft Dynamics or a similar Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required* Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, written, listening* Team focused (collaborative, works well with others, supports team goals)* Holistic approach to advising clients & providing solutions* Drive to source, win, expand relationships* Knowledgeable/Credible within their field (through experience, education, credentials in applicable area)* Organizational skills* Ability to utilize technology resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
